5 Wishes slot is a March 2020 release from RTG and it takes up the familiar theme of a Genie granting you wishes. This format has been highly successful in the past with some games like Genie Jackpots standing out as firm favorites. However, 5 Wishes slot is available at USA player friendly casinos, unlike many of the more popular Genie themed slots. The first and perhaps most important thing of note about 5 Wishes slot is that it is extremely volatile, so depending on your playing preferences you might love it or hate it as it can pay out big but wreck your balance rapidly if it isn’t in the mood to payout. It has 5 reels and 3 rows with 25 paylines. The minimum stake is 25 cents or 0.25 coins going up to a maximum bet of $25 or coins. There’s also a chance to win a Major or Minor jackpot at any point. 5 Wishes Slot
- Sound Effects
- Value For Money
5 Wishes slot is one which is capable of paying out big money with a nice 5000x possible and alos 2 progressive jackpots which can trigger at any time. The base game has an interesting Genie Wilds aspect to it which also creates some excitement and can bag players some big wins. Free spins wise the bonus round here is pretty standard and quite fun with potential for some huge wins. It all depends though in your risk tolerance, as the high volatility isn’t to everyones liking. Perhaps more seasoned slots players would be more suited to 5 Wishes slot as a new player coming in fresh and having your balance ripped from you with nothing to show could be something of a shock.
- 5000x Payout Potential
- Progressive Jackpots
- Interesting Base Game Modifier Genie Wilds
- Aladdin/Genie Theme Has Been Done 100x Already

Free Spins Bonus
In my opinion, every slot needs a free spins round, and some RTG casino slot games seem to miss this out in favour of some base game modifiers. However, here you do have a free spins bonus on the 5 Wishes slot. The get this to trigger you will want to land a minimum of 3 Lamp Scatter symbols, ideally you would land 5 as the more you land the more free spins you get. 3 x Scatters gives 10 free spins, 4 gives 20 and 5 gives a big juicy 100 free spins which should see some pretty impressive payouts, though I’ve never witnessed 5 spinning in at once, 4 is the maximum I’ve managed. The free spins can also be retriggered.
The Genie Wilds feature adds a very nice extra dimension to both the base game and the free spins round. If the Genie Wild lands on reel 1 he can transform any of the premium symbols (except for the palace) into Wild symbols. This will help to bag some decent sized wins.
Major and Minor Jackpots
These are available during any real money spins and you will land them in randomly. They aren’t staggeringly big though, and you would certainly rather have the 5000x maximum win spin instead, still it’s always nice to have a progressive jackpot included. The contribution to the jackpots of your stake is 1.5%.
Sound and Graphics
The music is suited to the slot with a magical Arabian type sound and the sound effects help add some excitement to things. The slot is set on a background of treasure and the symbols include everything you would normally expect form a Genie themed game. The Wild symbol is the Genie himself who can be substituted for any symbol except for the Scatters. The Lamp symbol makes for the Scatter symbol and you’ll need to land 3 or more to trigger the free spins round.
The premium symbols, starting from the highest value are Aladdin, Princess Jasmine, Abu the Monkey and finally a Palace which looks pretty similar to the Taj Mahal. After this you get the playing card symbols from Ace through to 9.
